Bridge National Trust Bank is a separate entity in organization. It is not yet operational and does not currently issue OUSD.

Governance and reserves

Open Standard names Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa as founding partners. Its company-structure announcement describes partner equity based on supply and activity, and shareholder representation on the board.

Its launch announcement names BlackRock, Lead Bank, and BNY as reserve holders and points to Bridge’s reserve portal for monthly attestations. This reference has not reviewed an attestation report or audited the reserves.

Integration access
